And honestly, not a moment too soon. This will be my last post for the year. Tomorrow I am going to enjoy my daughter and my partner, and head to Baltimore to ring in the new year with good friends. But today, I thought I’d leave you with a little inspiration to carry us into 2011.
Every issue of the Harvard Business Review has an interview with someone they deem “wildly successful”. On their website, they have compiled all the interviews, which can be viewed as a brief synopsis, or click on the hyperlinked name to read the full interview. Their subjects were as diverse as Annie Lennox and Condoleeza Rice. Trust me when I tell you there’s something motivational in this compilation for everyone.
I wish all of you a happy new year, filled with peace and genuine fulfillment. I hope you’ll enjoy your time off, if you get some, or if you’re working, that the holiday isn’t too terribly wacky. Thank you for reading FHO this year, and for bringing our subscriber list to almost 500 readers. Thanks to the many hundreds of you who check in each day on this site, and for the few brave souls who leave comments on the posts. I look forward to a 2011 filled with great promise, to FHO’s 2nd anniversary in less than 2 weeks, and to an incredible year filled with growth and possibility (and the official repeal of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell!).
See you back here on Monday.
