We escaped to NYC this weekend to take the girl-child to this play, which was magnificent (it’s closing late summer on Broadway, but they will be going out on tour, and it is worth seeking out). No surprise, this
The satire, it burns
One of the many things I have loved about our President
One of the targets of last week’s hateful tweets post writes about what it’s like to be a woman in sports journalism
Oy. Apparently another topic of conversation to have with my girl-child.
I love when people I like use their powers for (the greater) good. A nice national shout out to a favorite former prosecutor.
Brain injuries in DV victims: not just recognition, but a plan
When should we be teaching this?
Talking openly about bipolar disorder
All of the outrage; even unexpected media outlets are writing about it.

I was sent part of an article titled “Oklahoma Court says oral sex is not rape if girl is unconscious from drinking”.
Please tell me this was not an actual court ruling!
Laura, it was a court ruling, unfortunately!
Jen- the article on teens seeking body modification procedures on their genitalia was such a sad statement!
