Several organizations are collaborating on resources to recognize World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, June 15th. There will be 2 online events held on that day. The 1st is a blog radio segment featuring a panel of experts discussing abuse in later life. The session will be held from 1-1:30 ET, and can be accessed here.
The 2nd offering is a webinar, which be held later in the afternoon. Understanding the Dynamics of Abuse in Later Life in the LGBT and Latino Communities will be held from 3-4:30 ET. You can register for that session here.
