Jen, as usual, you find the most amazing things- this was great! I think all of us who are nurses need to see it. WE (the collective WE, which includes ME)- have such a need to make it “better” to “fix” it, when there are things that truly, cannot be “fixed”. Thanks for reminding me of that-
