Join us for this webinar presented by the SAFEta Project from IAFN. Touch DNA is an emerging area of forensic science. The capacity to develop DNA profiles from trace amounts of genetic material generally is considered to be the result of DNA from shed skin cells transferred from an object or person during physical contact. During the webinar, the speakers will present information on possible sources of touch DNA, the information that is being found from sampling techniques for touch DNA and the implications this can have on the medical forensic examination process.
Presenters: William Green, MD, Jill Spriggs and Julie Valentine MS, RN, CNE, SANE-A
